For (2g & 3g) cell phones we have upgraded our low-bandwidth (<24k bytes) Wap 2.0 cam portal for small screen devices (320 pixels). It has a number of cams, especially
pass cameras, plus several Seattle traffic cams. If you log on to www.localsnow.com it should detect your 3g phone/PDA and send you to the mobile port.
